Please read these Terms carefully. By using FEDORA.meme, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Although the administrators and moderators of FEDORA will attempt to keep all objectionable material off of this site, it is nearly impossible to review all content. All postings express the views of the author, and neither the owner of fedora.meme nor the staff will be held responsible for the content of any message. Any information and content of a posting is the sole responsibility of the user.

A Member Guidelines

Personal attacks will not be tolerated. Critique ideas, not people.
No racist, sexist, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise rude remarks. This is a community - keep it that way.
Multiple accounts will not be tolerated. If you are suspected of having multiple accounts, they will be deleted and you may be banned.
Behave appropriately. Members shall conduct themselves in a manner consistent with these rules and appropriate to the platform as a whole.
Respect staff decisions. Follow the direction of site staff. Arguing with moderation decisions will not be tolerated.
No illegal content. Members shall not post illegal links, discussions, or content in their profiles, avatars, signatures, or anywhere on the platform.
Zero tolerance for spam. If you are detected or reported as a spammer, your account will be immediately disabled pending review.

B Modifications

FEDORA reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time, for any reason, at FEDORA's sole discretion. The most recent version will always be posted at fedora.meme/terms. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes. If you object to any modifications, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and terminate your registration.

C Posting is a Privilege

Staff members have the right to modify or delete any content. That includes: posts, profiles, memes, comments, and messages. All content is subject to review and may be removed without warning.

If you have nothing to contribute, please don't post.
Do not cross-post threads. One thread per topic is sufficient.
All content is subject to admin/staff approval and may be removed without notice.
Discussion of piracy, hacking, and other illegal activities will not be tolerated.
Absolutely no graphic content. This includes explicit photos and/or videos. Violators will be banned indefinitely.

D Termination

Either party may terminate use of FEDORA with or without cause at any time. FEDORA may terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to failure to conform with these Terms. FEDORA shall not be liable to you or any third party for such termination. Your right to use the platform shall cease immediately upon termination.

E Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FEDORA BE LIABLE ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF THE FEDORA WEBSITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE PLATFORM, INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, OR INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

F Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FEDORA and governs your use of the platform. You may also be subject to additional terms when using third-party content or services linked from FEDORA. The failure of FEDORA to exercise any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

G Affiliated Links

FEDORA.meme may contain affiliate marketing links, which means we may receive a commission on sales of products or services referenced on the platform. Our editorial content is not influenced by advertisers or affiliate partnerships. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR § 255.5.
