Terms of Service
Although the administrators and moderators of FEDORA will attempt to keep all objectionable material off of this site, it is nearly impossible for us to review all of the content. All postings of any kind express the views of the author, and neither the owner of fedora.meme or the staff will be held responsible for the content of any message. Any information, and content of a posting is the sole responsibility of the user.
A.) Member Guidelines:
1.) Personal Attacks will NOT be tolerated.
2.) No racist, sexist, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise rude remarks.
3.) Multiple accounts will not be tolerated. If you are suspected of having mulitple accounts, they will be deleted and you may be banned.
4.) Members shall behave in a manner, along with the rules listed on this page, that is appropriate to the site as a whole.
5.) Follow and respect the decision of the site staff. Arguing with them will not be tolerated.
6.) Members shall not have any illegal links or discussion in their signatures, profiles, avatar’s, etc.
7.) SPAM. We absolutely DO NOT tolerate any kind of spam. If you are detected or reported as a spammer, your account will be immediately disabled until further review.
B.) Modifications
FEDORA reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at FEDORA’s sole discretion. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the FEDORA website. Although FEDORA will provide notice of material changes to this Agreement on the FEDORA website, as a Member it is your sole responsibility to keep yourself apprised of any such modifications or amendments. Should Member object to any terms and conditions of the Agreement or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with FEDORA in any way, Member’s only recourse is to immediately: (1) discontinue use of FEDORA; (2) terminate FEDORA registration; and (3) notify FEDORA of termination.
C.) Posting is a privilege, and not your right!
Staff members have the right to modify or delete any posts on the discussion forums, profiles, signatures, videos, groups, photos, blogs and any other user submitted material on FEDORA for any reason, without explanation. Please keep our community clean and an enjoyable expierience for all of us.
1.) If you have nothing to contribute to a discussion then please don’t post at all.
2.) Do not cross-post threads. One thread is enough.
3.) All content posted is subject to approval by admin/staff and may be removed without warning.
4.) Discussion of piracy, hacking and other illegal activities will not be tolerated.
5.) ABSOLUTELY NO GRAPHIC CONTENT! This includes photos and/or videos. User’s posting such material will be banned indefinitely.
D.) Termination
Either party may terminate use of the FEDORA website or the Services with or without cause at any time and effective immediately upon written notice to the other party. FEDORA may terminate with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at FEDORA’s sole discretion, including but not limited to Member’s failure to conform with these terms and conditions of the Agreement. FEDORA shall not be liable to Member or any third party for termination of use of FEDORA or the Services. Member’s right to use FEDORA or the Services shall cease immediately. Member shall have no right and FEDORA will have no obligation thereafter to forward any unread or unsent messages to Member or any third party.
E.) Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FEDORA BE LIABLE ON ACCOUNT OF MEMBER’S USE OR MISUSE OF THE FEDORA WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE FEDORA WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE FEDORA WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE FEDORA WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE FEDORA WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES OR ANY LINKS ON THE FEDORA WEBSITE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE FEDORA WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES OR ANY LINKS ON THE FEDORA WEBSITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In some jurisdiction, limitations of liability are not permitted. In such jurisdictions, the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
F.) Agreement
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Member and FEDORA and governs your use of FEDORA and the Services, superseding any prior agreements between Member and FEDORA. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. The failure of FEDORA to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in the Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
G.) Affiliated Links
Our website may contain affiliate marketing links, which means we may get paid commission on sales of those products or services we write about. Our editorial content is not influenced by advertisers or affiliate partnerships. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR § 255.5: Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
Revisions to This Policy
FEDORA reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted on the website, and a user’s continued use of FEDORA will signify agreement to such changes.
